This is your essential first session. It includes a thorough consultation, an all-over body check, and a complete alignment treatment. We dedicate up to 90 minutes to ensure we understand your needs and create a solid foundation for your journey. Key Information (Essential for Booking): What to Wear: Please wear comfortable, at-home clothing (e.g., sweats, tights/shorts, t-shirt). Avoid jeans, dresses, or suits. Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to notify us will result in a charge for the full appointment fee.
