This 30-minute session is designed for established clients seeking regular maintenance. We begin with a quick full-body check to identify any primary imbalances, followed by focused, targeted alignment work on the specific areas that need the most attention or require adjustment since your last visit. It's the perfect way to efficiently maintain your stability and address immediate concerns. Essential Booking & Preparation Attire: Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing (e.g., sweats, leggings, t-shirt). Please DO NOT wear jeans, dresses, or suits. Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to notify The Jade Healing Centre will result in a charge for the full appointment fee.
