At Jade Fitness and FUNctional Movement, we don’t just train for the gym—we train for life. We believe that movement is the ultimate medicine, and our classes are the daily dose your body needs to stay supple, strong, and sharp. HEAL: Resolving Pain at the Root


Before you can reach your peak, you need to address what’s holding you back. This pillar is about shifting from "just getting by" to true recovery.


Targeted Relief: Our foundation is rooted in identifying and balancing physical and emotional stressors. Whether you’re dealing with chronic back pain, stiff joints, or "brain fog," we focus on calming the nervous system and resetting the body.


The Difference: We don't just treat symptoms; we listen to what your body is telling us through muscle monitoring and alignment, ensuring you have a pain-free foundation to build upon.


MOVE: Reclaiming Your Freedom


Once the pain is managed, it's time to get the "engine" running properly. This is where our FUNctional Movement classes shine.


Purposeful Exercise: We forget the one-size-fits-all gym machines. Our classes focus on natural, practical movements—reaching, bending, and balancing—that translate directly to your daily life.


Your Pace, Your Way: Our community (predominantly legends over 40 and into their 70s) follows the same routine, but everyone moves at their own personal speed. It’s about increasing your range of motion, building stamina, and improving bone density (vital for managing conditions like osteopenia).


ACHIEVE: Transforming Your Potential


The final pillar is about results that last long after you leave the PCYC or Penrith RSL.

Mental Clarity: By "clearing the crap" and the mental clutter of modern life, our classes help you gain focus and resilience.

Class Details & How to Join

Location: PCYC Penrith (Station St) or Penrith RSL (for our 55+ crew).

Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7:30 PM (PCYC).
