Duration: Up to 90 minutes (1 hour 30 minutes).​

Key Components:

  • Thorough Consultation: A detailed discussion to understand your history,

       concerns, and goals.

  • All-Over Body Check: A full assessment of your body to identify imbalances

       and issues.

  • Complete Alignment Treatment: The first full treatment to begin addressing

       the identified imbalances.

 

The subsequent sessions are for established clients after this initial appointment:

  • Follow-up Balance & Check (45 Minutes): For established clients needing focused attention on complex or persistent issues in 1-2 specific areas (e.g., chronic knee or back pain).

​​

  • Targeted Regular Maintenance Check (30 Minutes): For established clients seeking routine maintenance. It includes a quick full-body check followed by focused, targeted alignment work to maintain stability.

What to Wear (Essential): Please wear comfortable, at-home clothing (e.g., sweats, tights/shorts, t-shirt). Avoid jeans, dresses, or suits.
